Boxing Knockouts
+ Speed Drills


Speed drills are used by boxers everywhere to improve hand and foot speed. Here are a few basic drills that will not only make your hands and feet faster, but will get you into great shape as well. The wall drill: with gloves on, pick a spot on a wall about eye level. Punch that spot with a one-two combination one time. Next, hit it with a one-two combination 2 times. After that, hit it with a one-two combination four times. Continue this doubling pattern until you reach one hundred. Do not worry if you cannot make it all the way to one hundred the first time you try, this is a very difficult drill.
