Boxing Knockouts
+ Jump Rope

Boxers everywhere jump rope. It is a great way to get more cardio into your daily routine. Not only is it good cardio, it will also increase your endurance and help your foot speed. It is also a good way to work your core muscles. All you need is a jump rope.

Different ways to jump rope:

-The normal up and down

-Double rotation with one jump

-Crossed arms

-Alternating one foot jumping

-Changing speeds in time intervals (i.e. jump rope fast for 2 minutes, slow for 1 minute, ect.)

Remember, practice makes perfect, so do not give up if you are not very good right away.

Jumping rope can be done at any time during your workout. It is usually a good way to warm up, cool down, or both.
