My name is Chad, and I am just a regular guy who created this site in order to help you find a workout routine that you can finally get interested in. Becoming bored with your workout routine only causes you to lose motivation, and is probably one of the main reasons why people are not consistent in working out.
How will this site get you interested in your workouts? Here, I explain step by step some of the most effective workouts so that you can get the results you have been looking for. I also give you a variety of workouts to choose from. So try something new! And if you ever begin to get bored with your workout, try something else. You should never be bored with your workout.
You are probably asking yourself: why should I listen to this guy? For starters I am a collegiate boxer, former track and cross country athlete, and an avid weight lifter. But more importantly, at 5'11" I was once a scrawny 135 lbs with 7% body fat. It is safe to say that I was in desperate need of a workout plan. Since then, I have grown to a solid 180 lbs, and still have under 8% body fat. I am constantly searching for the best, most effective workouts. And now I am giving all of my knowledge to you! Here, you have 100% free access to every tip, trick, workout, and anything else that I (along with my family, friends, and fellow athletes) have learned throughout our lives.
